Ridden & Rated: 4 Trail Bikes Under $3,000
My cousin picked up a new Kona Process 153 for 2800 Canadian, that's gotta be under 500 USD no? :) Seems like there's lots of affordable capable bikes out there.

Pinkbike Poll: How Often Do You Replace Your Tires?
Its always amazing how you grip corners with freshies that you were sliding around on before :) Generally when I start breaking or ripping outside row knobs I change em out.

Opinion: Why Have Bike Makers Ignored this Grassroots Fix?
And likewise, if i get a discount on a used bike because it has a few scratches on the frame then better for me as well.

Video: La Bresse DH World Cup Highlights
Would be interested to see how he would have faired on a more technical and steep track, this one seems to be more of a pedal and strength kinda track which you would think suits guys who spend all that time in the saddle climbing and training.

Aaron Gwin is Back, and He's On a 29er - La Bresse DH World Cup 2018
Who really cares about what wheel someone else rides.... It doesn't affect you in the slightest. Obviously pinkbike is biased towards 29" (or whatever the current industry trend is until something new comes out to replace it) as it helps manufacturers sell product which is the end game of advertising and keeping money coming into the industry. Just ride what you have, in my experience I have a smile on my face whether I ride anything from a 20"-29".
