This 3 minute video was better than the ENTIRE live broadcast of the race by 10X! I get that the budget doesn't facilitate cameras everywhere, but that broadcast was so boring: showed the starts, then cut to the finish, totally missed all the best parts of the course. Blah, blah, blah. Snooze.

You know what, either do it right, or just skip it. It wouldn't take much to put a camera or two at the more exciting parts of the course. Oh, and for crying out loud NOT ONE LIVE SHOT OF HECKLER'S ROCK!!!!! That's what gets everyone so amped up for the Canadian Open- please go there next time during the broadcast.

The fence went up last year, but it's still rowdy as ever. In fact, the crowd has grown this year to take over the rock next to it too!

Whistler blackcomb should put way more effort into filming the original garbanzo race and Canadian Open, with the benefit to them being it showcases some of the best technical trail riding on offer within the park.

he did the race but did a mistake at the end making him almost stop still manages to finish in the top 10 but would have probably did a top 3 without this mistake.
