I Crashed Hard - A Post-Injury Update from Alicia
My wife and I were devastated when we'd heard about your crash Alicia. But it's really really great to see you are on the road to recovery. I suffered a TBI when I was in my late teens, and reading your account brought back a lot of memories about those tough times. Having experienced many of the successes and set backs you are inevitably facing daily, I can say, it gets better! Don't stop pushing. When I got injured I was told I'd never ride again and that I'd be lucky to even have a semi normal life. Here I am 20 years later still riding bikes as passionately as ever and with a great life.
You're story is inspiring as hell and know you've got lots of people cheering you on!
