Shimano Files Patent for Two-Pronged Derailleur Hanger
I built up my latest hardtail up with LinkGlide XT 11sp and that is the answer for me. Shifts nice and positively and seems to be holding up really well. And it's cheap! Plus, I couldn't care less about a lack of 10 tooth cog. 11 is fine. I'm not trying to be a roadie.

@nilswalk: I feel like so much butt hurt could be avoided if they just had a leader board with magnetic names, like Top Gear. Move the folks relative to one another and make a ranking without the BS of numbered scores! Also, all judges should rank their leader boards without knowing the other judges scores. Instant weighted polling to determine the winner. It would be so much cleaner. So many of the historic "robbed" folks are victims of when they drop relative to others. Enough with the made up score numbers!

Can we pour one out for Movies for your Monday? Has to have been the longest running segments in PB, no? The non endemic mtb videos were generally some of the best parts of MFYM, so kudos for keeping it going. I like seeing things from outside my normal sphere of influence

First Ride: The Wolf Tooth Resolve V2 is the Longest Dropper Post on the Market
So if I have a resolve and want to upgrade to the new spool while doing a service, do I need to get both, or is everything I would otherwise need included with the spool upgrade? I've got a year+ on a resolve and overall I really like it! But it did develop some unresolvable squish after nearly a year of wet rides. Pulling it apart and putting in new fluid fixed it. Just wondering if this upgrade is separate from service or if they can happily overlap

Now THAT Was a Bike: 2016 Pole Evolink
I got a 2020 Evolink 140 with EXT Storia and a Smashpotted Lyrik. Great bike! Didn't break it and it did like going downhill. I sized down one size since I live in New England and it's not super steep here. Also at 480 reach, the medium is pretty spot on for a large, which I normally ride. It's a cool bike with a lot of nicely thought out features.

The Top 10 Highest Rated MTB Trails on Trailforks in 2023
Love me some Black Bear! Especially the top third. But the climb isn't all that bad. Would you have it steeper and shorter or shallower and longer? It's doable on a single speed as is.
