Gorge Road is so well maintained. Kudos to that build crew for their top notch work.

I had the same problem and eventual demise at Ghettonia. I am very lucky that my family owns the property GP is on and I have the green light to do pretty much whatever I want with that area. This year my uncle donated a water pump, my dad donated a motor, and we're gonna have a motorized hose for watering the jumps and gardens. Hahhahaha. Hillbilly heaven!

Sorry to hear that man. Mine are actually looking pretty good right now. Granted the last two days of rain probably massacred all of my jump buffing. EFFFFFF.

Nah, wait until July or August for best trail conditions! Hahaha.

1. No more winter.
2. Bike and components that will not break. 3. Tricky Nicky's bag of tricks/steeze. |

Normal visor will just break on impact, it isn't strong enough plastic to create a twisting situation on impact. The bummer is if you have a nice TLD or something and you crash and snap the visor, you either have to ghetto fix it, or buy a matching replacement. Huge hassle that is easily prevented by that breakaway.

I own a Kali helmet and I must say, the breakaway visor feature has saved my visor from breaking countless times. Kinda disappointed that my TLD doesn't have it.

If tricks are only 25% of your score, Zink should have gotten a 25. LOLOLOLOL.

First and second were spot on, Lacondeguy should have gotten the nod for third place. Just my fool-ass opinion though.

Lacondeguy had incredible flow from top to bottom. Jussayin'.
|

K, it wasn't a best trick competition either.
|

Lacondeguy got robbed. Not saying he should have won, but at least he had an entire run full of speed and bangers instead of getting lost after one over-hyped trick (albeit a HUGE over-hyped trick). Zink didn't really have a run, he just did one trick and rode around doing wheelies afterward.

They could have at least raised the seat a bit for her. LOL.

He rides a Kona and it was his bar that snapped? I did not see that coming at all. LOLOLOLOL.

Not saying there is a right or wrong with judged events, but I agree with the results. Pilgrim 3'd onto the wooden thing, Semenuk Truck'd it. Pilgrim had a flip no hander at the end, Semenuk had the flip whip. I think they were very similar runs, but Semenuk one-upped Pilgrim just enough to get the nod. That said, that was hands down the best run I have seen in Sam Pilgrim's competitive career and his tuck no hander on the hip up top was the only nice tuck-no I have ever seen him do. Good on him.

I don't like grip glue on my MX grips and this is even worse. Hellllllz NO! These would be a bitch to get off too.... You're either cutting them or going through a lot of hassle to remove them. This is caveman technology.

If the builder actually gives a shit about his craft, he will maintain them while he is still using them. If not, he is a hack builder.
That said, if the builder abandons it, the phrase no dig no ride comes to mind. Pick up a shovel, not a keyboard. |
