I can only imagine everyone cracked up and lost their shit two seconds after making that statement and expression.

@iridedj: can you link to some? She used to ride a Trek bike for a Chilean team, followed by a Norco through another Chilean team.

What’s the timeline for the filming of the show? The application process mentions two weeks but no specific dates.

I have no idea how to actually quote you, but you said: “Also incredibly awkward when Jason Lucas used the term "hissy fit".” I whole heartedly agree. The show is going for the “serious reality elimination show” vibe, and that segment just completely burst that bubble. If you’re going to discuss poor attitudes and performances, find more professional language that doesn’t make it sound like you’re ranting to a friend about a co-worker. Cody’s attitude was notably worse than everyone else’s, but to me it came off as him putting a lot of pressure on himself to live up to his own expectations and maybe he just doesn’t have the coping skills to deal with a poor performance. He even talked about how on the outside he could just walk away and deal with things, but in front of the camera he has to process it real time, so everyone sees him at his worst. Racing and being in front of a camera is not easy, and not everyone is going to deal with the pressure of either. I hope things improve for him.

Damn kids these days, riding their bikes up hill! That’s an insane number. I’m still trying to wrap my head around it. Great job!

Female secret pro rides left foot forward, so does Christina. Her build and proportions are similar. We’d have to see ride footage to really be able to see the style and body movements to get a better guess. Someone else suggested Vaea (also left foot forward). Another post suggested Georgia Astle but she rides right foot forward.

Opinion: The Unexpected Upsides of Mental Illness
That kinda hits the nail on the head for how my life has been going. For a long time I felt like I had to live up to certain expectations within my career, but one day I realized no one cares if I do or don’t succeed in that area, all I should care about is if it makes me happy or not. So I decided it doesn’t make me happy and I took a break. I’m slowly working back towards it because there are aspects that I like, but I’m doing it for myself and no one else.
