2026 Andorra DH World Cup Elite Q2 Qualifying Results
It is a shame there aren't any super long tracks anymore. Fort William was such a war of attrition. MSA as well. La Thuile is the "long" track this year and it's only 3:30, which isn't long enough to really make big time gaps.

What a bad take. VMBA has stuck up for mountain biking across VT and has successfully gotten a bunch of trail approved and built in state forests. They wouldn't gain anything by claiming this was legitimate. VMBA also had nothing to do with changing that trail name... WATA, the specific trail org did. And who cares also? If it avoids folks feeling bad then that seems like a simple fix. It's the same trail, get over yourself.

Val di Fassa Enduro World Cup Preview: Who’s Racing, How to Follow Along & What to Expect
@mmarkey21: The sellaronda may be the ticket then if you have a few days! I'd recommend finding a guide to make it super easy to navigate (it's not always clear which lift to get on, or which turns to take). It is very intermediate friendly (though there are steep parts down), but the views are unmatched.

@breakfasttaco93: This + go ask some locals about which hiking trails are best to ride. Some of my favorite tracks were steep & loamy hiking trails (with no hikers on them).

First Ride: The New Orbea Wild LT Uses a Heavily Modified Avinox Motor
@in2falling: The general argument is that e-bikes allow folks with issues pedaling to get out and enjoy. Whether they be older folks, folks with disabilities or other ailments, or just folks who aren't as fit. If that is truly the motivation, then they should be pegged to a rate that allows those folks to keep up with their friends and/or faster folks, not blow past them.

750W is too much. There is no reason these bike should be more powerful than what an olympic athlete can maintain. Limit ebikes to 300W. That's still more than enough.
