Review: Trek's 2025 Slash+ 9.9 is a Ridiculously Good Descender
I bought the base model and other than updating the fork internals, I've been riding it completely stock. it's mind blowing how good it descends. Like seriously, I was once a half way decent local pro dh racer and this things fast and planted like nothing I've ridden before. I couldn't justify the extra money for the elite build and looking back I think I made the right choice. I plan to beat up the stock components this winter then update them as I see fit late in the spring. It's my first ebike and I think I waited for the right one. Well done Trek.
