Hightower CC X01
$4400 USD2021 Hightower medium same build as Santa cruz listed but with Bike Yoke revive dropper post upgrade and Santa cruz carbon reserve with industry nine Hydra wheel upgrades. Bike has been ridden and maintained well amongst a stable of 4 mountain bikes. This one gets ridden the least so it's time to sell. it is not ride wrapped but does have some AMS protection stickers in place. Bike is in perfect working condition, no scratches on any of the moving stanchions of suspension or seat post. The frame does have some cosmetic scratches, but none through to the carbon, only through to the undercoat.
I eill not ship. will not trade. will not part out. Willing to travel approx 30 min from greater boston to meet a potential buyer.

Fox 36 160mm elite grip 2, 27.5
$500 USD2019 fox 36 elite fork, grip 2 damper, one level down from factory (no kashima is the only difference). No longer needed as no longer have a 27.5 bike. Steerer tube is cut to 7.54 inches and is off a Santa Cruz Bronson. Has been services and works perfectly. Stanchions are prefect, zero scratches. The lowers to have some scratches in the photos. The crown race is still on the fork for now. It is from a cane creek headset and I don’t have the tool to remove it and don’t want to try the old screwdriver method for the cost of a new crown race. If you don’t care, it will come with it, else I’ll have to go to a shop to remove it, only for a confirmed buyer.
Will ship in USA but buyer will pay for tracking and insurance costs, else I am local to Boston MA.

so glad to see all these PF companies going back to threaded. I ruled out buying a yeti for years because of the PF. Now i can rule them out for building heavy expensive bikes instead.

Review: 2023 Yeti SB160 - The Revised Racer
@jasbushey: pretty accurate. I have a crash replacement warranty on a Santa Cruz and because it was a rock strike, I pay $1600 for the frame (no shock). However, to be fair, in the past I have had 2 completely “free” frames from Santa Cruz, one due to snapped chain stay right through the weld (they honored the 5 year defect warranty at the time, even though it was just over 5 years old). The second was due to a carbon defect I found while cleaning the bike thoroughly. New frame no questions asked. So I’m not too surprised that there is a charge when the frame failure is the owners fault, even though rock damage is a fact for most mountain bikers (I think). 7 Santa Cruz in, I just broke the habit and went for an Orbea rallon (also lifetime warranty). The bike was such a deal in comparison to SC prices.
