Divergence - An Ode To The Bike Park: Late last fall, shortly after Mount Washington’s lifts stopped spinning for mountain bikers, Forbidden athletes Magnus Manson, Harry Barrett, Dillon Butcher, and Nic Court descended upon its slopes for one final session.  As a whitewater kayaker, it's great to see it here. It's a lot like mountain biking - only the trail is covered in water and you need a boat. Nouria Newman is nothing short of the best female whitewater kayaker. Legend.

 Absolutely! I stopped riding for 2 years chasing that addiction. Risks are notably higher though; there's always a death or two every year in the small community due to drowning. I'm waiting until my kids are grown to get back into it...

 She's insane. There's a pov of her nearly drowning in..Nepal? A friend nearly died in Burma chasing it.. beyond sketchy. And they do it regularly smh.

 Those jumps were huge. Nice to see a new S&M Pitchfork. I had one of the first ever Pitchforks circa 30 years ago. It had a threaded steerer, that's how long they've been around !
