592mm top tube and 450mm seat tube length suggests it is size small, not L-XL?

Continental Mountain King 2.4" Protection - pair
$30 GBPPair of tyres, one slightly more used than the other, but tread on both looks like new.
Sidewalls are protection on both, so not flimsy. One tyres sidewalls looks a little worse than the other, both have some sealant on inside and hold air perfectly.
Both are in excellent condition.
