Selected by Ian Hylands - Not much to be said about this, stoked that my trails don't look like this right now. Solid composition, good light, and an awesome subject!
That is so impressive. I actually ate a doodle trying to do a wallride like this in the rain the other day... So much respect for braving the snow! props dude!
First thing that came to mind.... First tracks! You can see plenty of people rode along below the wall ride, but this rider stepped up. Super sketchy! His blue jacket EXPLODES out of the image having everything else blanketed in white. I love how you can just barely see the end of the wall ride, as well as the start. Nice composition and exposure.
man have you guys never ridin in the snow? we live in canada! i have a pic of me jumpin off a c-can in the middle of the winter! check it out leave a comment if you like or not. this is pod straight up!
I think its fairly comparable when there's such a low coefficient of friction on a wall like that. The radius is simply too large, and the centripetal acceleration would not be great enough to make him stick.
