Rocky Mountain Altitude Powerplay 70 - eMTB Review
@paulaston: Hey Paul, one question: Why we still haven`t seen a review on the E-Go kit?! It`s probably the best e- around thing outthere, it`s Martyn Ashton`s pick, it packs 2500-3000W motor, replaceable battery, etc, etc..An extremely high end bike on the outside with crappy parts like the Iwok system does not make sense! Great and honest review !

Opinion: Save the DH Bike?
How can a self proclaimed bike media dick-head have any regret for owning bikes? I think this are inspiring stories of the good ol`downhill times mixed with consumerist bullshit. All my bikes are outdated by the pace of rapidly evolving industry standards, but this sentimental ieda of picturing bikes sad and lonely parked in the garage is absolutely exaggerated. Car owners have no regret for their garages and I hope bikers won`t either. I`m proud of using my commuter more than 200 days a year, enduro 100, my old 26" DH 10 days a year and my BBQ probably the same. I love them all. When friends show up and I can lend a bike and go for a ride without a hassle, makes a moment that rentals will never offer. I think this f*kin idea of renting everything in the future sounds practical in theory but cold and lonely as the market behind it. Sharing, opensource, cryptocurrency, genetic modifications and DH bikes have their place in the future!

Wyn Masters Rides Leogang Up and Down - Video
Holy crap! Weird funk-e music, weird looking bike, boring uphill moves, this thing doesn´t makes sense at all. Maybe e-bikes will adepts when they pack 5000 W motors and fly up but this is truly the worst eMTB edit I´ve seen... Not a wyn-wyn for sure

Cardiff Bike Life Is... Different - Video
Mate, I guess PB is a site for people who already has an image of MTB! Sure this is not content for the olympics opening but every sport has it´s outlaw edits and this is far better as role model than Grand Theft Auto, Jackass and a lot of other controversial content. Just check out The Art of Flight for example when they shoot propane tanks and set a part of forest on fire... Do you openly complain about this things too? Just a bunch of talented yobz having good times and creating neat content. By the way, smoking weed is quite widespread nowadays and this is one of the first times PB opens the sewer to show bikers in this aspect. I´m pretty sure there´s a lot more at every level I wonder if there´s anybody willing to face it. Interviews with supporters and detractors, surveys or timed laps.

From the Top: Scott's Pascal Ducrot
Great interview from a racer, team and product developer and industry leader. It´s also great to imagine how focused and passionate he is about the game without using this words as slogan. As a consumer I`m so overwhelmed by the variety of standards and purpose specific bikes to the point I don´t want to change my gear until I know if I will be able to ride it freeely for as much as I want. I really appreciate the huge evolution of bikes during the last 5-10 years but what`s the industry view on the mid to long term for spare parts and mechanics. We all know bikes are a different market than motorbikes and cars and for any of these you can still buy tires and pretty much anything you need to keep a 60yr machine rolling... Are we supposed to throw 26"ers to the garbage at some point? what`s suppossed to be the life cycle of bikes? Thanks.

From the Top: Urge Helmets
As a consumer , It´s really good to read an article where professional riders and bussiness developers talk in a clear and respectful way about products and brands (with names, models, numbers etc, not that bullshit of "the F... brand") . All the brands mentioned are excellent products and I think there´s no sourness in saying that urge will not be Fox or TLD. With all respect, personally I think TLD products are flashy and expensive and I appreciate other brands are doing things differently and that their managers have the balls to say it politely.

Pinkbike Poll: Is the DH Bike Dead?
9/10 times mechanicals in the park are lightweight bikes pushed beyond its limited capability by owners with limited ability. Maybe one day we all will be able to go full speed through a gnarly rock garden in a xc weighted bike but I´m not nearly there yet and those 40mm extra feel 200% more forgiving to me. Why choosing only one?

MUST WATCH: Where The Trail Ends - Exclusive Teaser
Yeah... Looks pretty cool and the locations are amazing but the speechs are so lame. "...The chaos they´ve seen..." were they war or something? "To be the first riding a line is a pretty cool feeling and probably be last?!?!" Redneck style sucks. We´re gonna smoke´em out of their holes and stuff...
