Ask Pinkbike: Fear of Exposure, Bike Buying Dilemmas, Chamois Protocol, & Flat Pedal Suggestions
I've found these really good and no longer use chamois as a result. https://www.underarmour.co.uk/en-gb/p/underwear/mens_ua_tech_9_boxerjock_%E2%80%93_2-pack/1363622.html?dwvar_1363622_color=001&start=0&breadCrumbLast=Underwear

Video: Exploring Perthshire, Scotland with Scotty Laughland
Nice video. Although any foreigner watching is going to the trails are always dry and the weather is always sunny.

First Look: A New 140mm Prototype from Vitus - Sea Otter 2022
Looks like the original vitus escarpe that I owned almost 10 years ago but a lot slacker. It was a good bike until I snapped it.

Video: Top Fuel vs Element vs Jet9 vs Trance 29 vs Blur TR vs Lux Trail - Field Test Roundtable
I've just bought an epic evo to sit alongside my enduro as I wanted something better suited for xc missions. After 4 rides I'm really enjoying the epic. It's really fast and it can handle a lot more than you would expect of such a light short-travel bike. I can see it being the bike I end up riding the most as its so versatile and it makes the flat stuff and the climbs enjoyable.

Staff Rides: Mike Kazimer's Transition Spur
I've been thinking about getting the Spur as my next bike but I can't decide between M and L because at 5'9 I'm right in the middle of the size range. I ride an S3 Enduro (465) which feels spot on for me but the choice of 455 or 480 doesn't feel great so also looking at the Specialized Epic Evo.

Reader Story: 17-Year-Old Matthew Fairbrother Rides 10119 Vertical Meters in 24 Hours
Great effort and excellent writing. Although I'd love to know whats in his SWAT box to get the bike weight to 38lbs. Ive got the same bike and its about 33lbs with a similar build.

Race Day Photo Epic: EWS Tweed Valley 2021
Clearly I was just very naive thinking that Pinkbike sent journalists to cover these events rather than copying and pasting the press release. It's a shame as I was down there racing myself and there's a lot more that could have been said about the course (very easy) and the conditions (very tough).

Race Day Photo Epic: EWS Tweed Valley 2021
The text for the introduction of this article is extremely similar to what I read on NSMB earlier today. I wonder what that is all about? NSMB The last race of the season is always intense, but the final round of the 2021 Enduro World Series took things to the next level. Vittoria EWS Tweed Valley brought the drama to the rolling hills of Southern Scotland, as driving rain and challenging conditions served as a mere backdrop to the most anticipated showdown of the season.Saturday’s Pro Stage took an unexpected twist when Richie Rude’s (Yeti/Fox Factory Team) championship campaign came to an abrupt end after leaving the course markings resulted in a disqualification. Series leader Moir would go on to win the stage, setting him up with a three second advantage for Sunday’s four stages. Pinkbike The last race of the season is always intense, but the final round of the 2021 Enduro World Series took things to the next level, bringing the drama to the rolling hills of Southern Scotland. So much so that the week of cold driving rain, unrelenting wind, and challenging conditions served as a mere backdrop to the final showdown of the season. Saturday’s Pro Stage took an unexpected twist when Richie Rude’s championship campaign ended abruptly after leaving the course markings, resulting in a disqualification. This would hand the championship to series leader Jack Moir with no further contest. Moir would go on to win the stage, setting him up with a three-second advantage into the remaining five stages.

Practice Photo Epic: EWS Scotland 2021
I rode the amateur race today and conditions were brutal. The trail conditions for some of the stages in tomorrows pro race will be extremely challenging.
