diety fantom direct mount boxxer stem
$15 GBPdeity fantom stem either has two lenght settings 48 or 55 and is for boxxer direct mount.
tiny bit of scuffing, the main mark can be seen in the head on pic.

shimano saint m810 165mm 83mm cranks
$90 GBPthe crank arms have usual shoe wear marks as they all do, the bottom bracket is still running smooth.
they have been used for just under a year now, the reason for the sale is i am now using carbon cranks.

How To: Cornering and Straight Line
Heels low is a very good one.
I always used to catch the front of my foot on things like burm edges if the pedal clipped it.
The whole DVD is a big help.
