2011-2012 Fox 36 TALAS 160 Conversion Kit (160mm or 120mm Travel) I've converted my 2012 Fox 36 TALAS 160 to FLOAT 160 as I have no need for the travel adjust with my riding. Therefore I have the complete set of parts needed to convert a FLOAT to a TALAS. I estimate I've done about 20-30hrs riding on it in total and after about 15hrs I changed the lower green fluid. It was completely clean and when I converted it was clean again. This means the assembly has had no wear from grit in the fork, has had minimal use and is in mint condition. Includes complete TALAS assembly of cartridge, top cap, adjustment parts, even some spare crush washers. I've had no problems with the functionality, I just prefer to save the 80g with the FLOAT. All you will need to complete the conversion is 32mm, 10mm, 15mm sockets, ideally a torque wrench but not required, 1/16" allen key, 6cc Fox Float Fluid, 45cc Fox Green Suspension Fluid & a crush washer for the damping side. Before I had trouble if I used the correct sag of blowing through 160mm of travel on landings too easily. Now I can run a low enough pressure for my low weight to keep small bump sensitivity and it ramps up nicely near the end of the stroke so I don't bottom out. It also feels more supportive in general trail riding and easier to pop off lips. If you are feeling your bike is a little wallowy but adding pressure compromises it then these spacers are for you! £5.50 each posted for the 0.2in3 or 0.4in3

Avid Elixir 7 (2012) Features include tool free reach adjust & Taperbore technology which reduces wear on the seals. Only used for a handful of rides on my new bike before being switched out for some Saints that were too good to pass up from a friend. One of the brakes has a clamp and the other does not, the reason being is it came attached using a Rockshox Reverb remote. As you can see from the photos there is pretty much full pad life left. They are sintered metallic pads and the brakes hold up really well to heat. Ample stopping power with these size discs!
