Norco Sight C2 size large

$3000 CAD
2020 Norco Sight C2 Size large, 29 inch wheels, carbon frame, 150mm rear travel, 160mm up front. This is an awesome all-round bike that pedals well and descends like a champ. Specs can be found here: https://www.norco.com/bike-archives/2020/sight-c2/?srsltid=AfmBOopjl5WsP2j6edW7U0YRWqDJT-bPYSSz2Ly32Vap7c5PCgHYFIL5 Highlights: Fox Float 36 Performance Elite Fork Fox X2 shock Shimano XT 12speed shifter and derailleur, SLX cassette Upgrades: SRAM Code R brakes OneUp 210mm dropper post Chromag Lynx DT saddle Raceface SixC carbon handlebars (cut to 770mm), can put on the stock aluminum bars if you prefer. Steerer tube threaded for OneUp EDC tool Synchros front fender Notes: I've owned the bike since new but it hasn't been ridden much in the past 3-4 years. Drivetrain was replaced and has minimal mileage. Rear shock has been rebuilt along with all the bearings replaced. I ran a different wheel set on the bike, so these wheels are brand new Shimano XT. The rear wheel was ridden a couple times, front wheel never been used. The front tire is brand new (Maxxis Minion DHF Exo+ casing). Rear tire is a Maxxis Assegai DD casing with lots of life left. The frame has been protected since new. No major damage but it has some scuffs and wear marks from use (paint is chipped off the aluminum on one chain stay, and stickers on the fork have wear marks). Comes with NRG flat pedals. The bike is in great shape and needs nothing. Comes with an extra rear derailleur hanger. Asking $3000 obo, low-ballers and time wasters will be ignored. The bike is in Nakusp, but there is a possibility I may be able to deliver to the surrounding area depending on my travels.

Tom van Steenbergen Shares his Opinion On Final Score at Red Bull Rampage 2024
Judging needs a massive overhaul. No more opinions behind closed doors. Give us proper analysis and independent scores. Here's what I think should be done: Measure and analyze every rider's lines/runs including: - Size of jumps/drops: distance out and down/up - Most importantly: SIZE OF LANDING. Width and length of landing makes a massive difference. - distance between features - overall length of line - percentage of line left raw/rough - maximum and average slope angle - wide of line (minimum, maximum, average) - exposure ratio (width vs immediate drop) - maximum and average speed - time to complete run With this info, you can start to quantify the margin for error using simple trigonometry and determine how precise the speed and angle of trajectory of the rider need to be. All of sudden there's proper analysis instead of a subjective opinion. If the line/features are easier, riders can up the difficulty by adding appropriate tricks. Tricks should come secondary to the line. It's still subjective, but it could help. If this is already being done by the judges, then it's time to make it public. The other thing that should be done (if not already) and PUBLICIZED, is each judge should give a score independently. Every judge has their score publicized next to their name. Highest and lowest scores are tossed, and the rest are averaged to give the rider a final score. This way it's completely transparent what is going on and if any favouritism is happening. It's not a good look to see the judge's winner standing there clearly not thinking he deserved the win.
