"In Good Company" - A film about the importance of mountain biking to a community
Yeah the best part is that it's all 2nd or 3rd growth forest...it was logged to oblivion years ago, managed to re-grow just fine, and they say a single track trail is harmful??!?! Ha!

"In Good Company" - A film about the importance of mountain biking to a community
I know exactly how you feel...I was a teenager riding on the North Shore in the 90s when freeride started to make its mark. All it took was one kid with a ruptured spleen then came threats of lawyers and lawsuits and all the rest...suddenly whammy: no more stunts. There's not many things that give you a more sickening feeling than pointing your bike down a trail you've spent countless hours building only to find it massacred by the "authority's" chainsaws. It still blows my mind that people who hurt themselves while choosing to ride down an "illegal" trail (which provides immense enjoyment for hundreds of enthusiasts) can turn around and sue the municipality/town/city/county/whatever. Thank a greasy lawyer for making something so stupid possible.
