New Jersey E-Bike Riders Will Require Licence, Registration & Insurance Under Newly Signed Law
So I didn't see anywhere in the information provided that this pertains to "off-road" vehicles. Makes total and complete sense for motorized vehicles for use on public ways (roads, parking lots, paved trails). At a minimum, NJ needs to clarify that and set a precedence for the rest of the country because I can see liberal WA on the list for next as it's another revenue stream the state can waste money on.
