$1200 USD$1200 but willing to negotiate

This bike is a great platform for someone who wants their first full-suspension mountain bike but doesn’t want to break their wallet.
This was my first full suspension MTB, and I loved it. It is a great all around bike, and I would categorize it as an aggressive trail bike. Climbs well and descends well. Not too slack of a head angle, and not so much suspension that it feels like overkill. A decent weight and 27.5” tires make it very playful and progressive. It does what you ask it to do and nothing more.
I bought it new for $2100 in 2018 and spent many hours on it until about 2021 when I grew out of it and bought something larger. Since then it has been sitting, untouched in my basement, and I need to get rid of it. I really only took it on trails in Georgia and went to a bike park maybe twice (Kanuga and Sugar Mountain)
I did maintain it well, but I will say it will probably need some TLC. Has some scratches and would also suggest bleeding the brakes, but other than that it is ready to rip.
I want to get it out of my basement, and let someone enjoy it as much as I did.
Upgrades I have done to it:
Converted from 2x11 to Sram 1x11 drivetrain
Added OneUp Aluminum Flat Pedals (The Shin Shredder 9000’s)
Added All Mountain Style Frame tape in some areas.
Other than that, it is stock from factory.

$15 Million Bike Park Planned in Atlanta, Georgia
@cwtrials: You are correct. The location it will be in will be in a gentrified (basically) part of Midtown, Atlanta. Real-Estate is flourishing there, and to get that kind of land to do something like this will cost a pretty penny, not even including all the other things it requires like you said. The land itself I bet is a few million. Welcome to Atlanta...

$15 Million Bike Park Planned in Atlanta, Georgia
@AndrewFleming: I go to Big Creek (more specifically, the free-ride area) all the time when I am home, and every time I am there, there are so many people ranging from all age types, skill levels, and backgrounds. The one thing we all have in common is our passion for MTB and wanting to progress. I can't remember one time I was there where I didn't get to know someone new while taking a break at those benches in between laps. Yeah those downhill trails are very short, but damn are they fun. I am so happy what ATL has done for the mtb community here. People don't realize how wooded and hilly atlanta is. As a city, I believe it is one of the highest cities above sea level in the south east. It makes for a prime location for trail building

$15 Million Bike Park Planned in Atlanta, Georgia
@ridingbiking: I am from atlanta, and have been an avid mountain biker there for a long time. I have ridden everywhere from sykes park in downtown to big creek in Roswell. People don't realize where the exact location of this park will be. In gentrified Midtown where real-estate is skyrocketing due to the popularity of the Beltline and what it provides for businesses that surround it. Yeah people don't realize that half of the money for the park will be going towards the land that will be used for it. But take a look at the skatepark that is there on the Beltline, the last time I was there, it had tons of people from old heads with elbow pads and grey hair, to little kids on scooters and skateboards. I can see that this will definitely help the community by getting kids stoked on bikes that may have never thought about it. I hope this installment can cut down on gang community and influence kids and teens that there is more out there. Yeah, Atlanta could be using the money to fix the numerous pot-holes on I-285, but that will cost a significantly more amount of money. Overall, I think that this park will be a great addition to the city.
