The Dismantling of North Fork trails in Whatcom County has begun.
To prevent potential lawsuits to to drowning, the state is going to prohibit swimming in all public lakes, rivers, and beaches. To further protect themselves from lawsuits, fences will be installed along all rivers and ocean fronts, and all public lakes will be drained.
Funding for these projects will be provided by state owned arcades and snack/soda machines.
