As a cyclist, it's never good to see any bike brands going out of business...
This equates to less choices, less real R&D, less options for people that ride bicycles...
Remember who will take up the slack, Wallmart and companies of that ilk...

Steve Vanderhoek Host "Ride to Resilience" Film Screening & WORCA Fundraiser at Crankworx
As somebody local to the North Shore, who was privileged enough to have seen Ride To Reslience in a local screening, I would say, if you have the opportunity to see this documentary in person, DO NOT MISS OUT.
Hopefully Steve and crew are able to figure out some sort of steaming method, so people everywhere and anywhere, for people to watch this amazing (self funded) movie.
I had heard it wasn't really a mountain bike movie, that is true, if is a story that will grab you and wrench your heart, with some incredible mountain biking in it.

They are a distributor, (NS Bikes was the biggest brand that they had recently) not a brand.
They did sell direct to consumer, on-line.
