Guerilla Gravity Trail Pistol(a), Size 2
$1200 USDThis is a super fun bike; playful on trails, but extremely capable when things get faster and steeper.
It still rides well, even though it definitely falls into the category of "well loved". Specific issues are called out below:
Fork: Fox 36 Grip 2 Performance Elite - 140 mm
Shock: Fox DPX2 Performance Elite
Wheelset: DT Swiss XM 1501 i30 (240 hubs)
Bars: Race Face Turbine
Stem: Race Face Aeffect R
Brakes: XT (need work/new levers)
Drivetrain: Shimano 12 speed mix
Cranks: E13 TRS
Seatpost: SDG Tellis - 150 mm (needs work/new cartridge/replacement)
Tires: Maxxis Minion DHR 29x2.4 (toward the end of their life)

Review: Canyon's New 2021 Spectral 29 CF 8.0
Based on my Canyon road bike's axles (self loosening) and seat post clamp (my seat has dropped several inches mid ride multiple times), my first thought was that that rear QR stands no chance. Great bike otherwise, but their little finishing bits are pretty awful.

@mikealive: I think someone else got to it, but you basically just get 130mm by having them put a different shock on. Downside is tire clearance. My DHR 2.4 rubs a bit, but nothing I've actually noticed (just seen some evidence on the seat tube).
Mine's 31lbs and it has never felt like an issue.

I've done some astonishingly stupid stuff on my Pistola and been pretty blown away by what I get away with. I ride it harder than my previous 150/160 bike, and always with a big stupid grin. For maximum effect, I recommend the 36 Grip2.
I also think it climbs and accelerates really well, but I'm not comparing it to XC bikes.
I can imagine that this bike isn't for everyone, but for my personal riding style it's the most well rounded and fun bike of any of the bikes I demoed before buying (Yeti, Transition, Norco, Specialized, Trek and more).
