From a nutrition and exercise standpoint what do you recommend generally to athletes recovering from shoulder dislocations? I know there are a lot of variables so let's assume that its an anterior dislocation and the athlete's cleared to start training again.

Santa Cruz Nomad C Size Medium

$2100 USD
A few things to know about this bike: It’s by no means a show bike. It definitely looks like a 4 year old bike that’s been ridden, that said structurally its perfect - Industry Nine wheels (torch hubs and the old enduro rims) - I serviced the rear hub a year ago with I9. The rim is pretty beat up, If I kept it I’d probably re-lace it to a new I9 rim - Dropper — Will be a brand new Lev with 1 month of riding (Note: does not come with the Transfer shown in pictures) - Suspension - Helm front, DB air back, I also have a Rockshox Vivid Air that I can include for free with the bike. There is some wear on the front fork from a bike rack, stancions are clean - Diety bars and seat are maybe 6 months old and have a handful of rides on them - Brand new Minion DHR on the rear - Pivot bearings are good, replaced them about a year ago but will order replacement bearings from Santa Cruz before selling the bike for the new owner (It’s worth doing every year or so) - Brakes are XT - bought both front and rear April of last year — Rear brake could use a bleed. Happy to do that before selling the bike Overall its a solid bike. Climbs a lot better than it should (especially with the climb switch on the DB), rips downhill, and feels awesome on jumps For an additional $100 will ship bike in a Dakine big bag Note: Shipping will be through Bikeflights and buyer will be responsible for setting up shipment/insurance

Who wants to go beat this record at Windrock Bikepark without 50 people and a stupid promo video? I think it can be done

Anyone know where this is? Almost looks like Camden Maine but I don't think it is -- sick looking location and rad riding though

Disagree strongly. It doesn't matter what you do as long as it's something you're willing to risk it all for.
