Fox Stepcast 34 120mm Boost
$500 USDFor sale is a Fox Stepcast 34, 120 mm travel. 8" steerer tube. 44mm offset, Fit4 damper. No scratches on stanchions, but there are pinprick size blemishes in one or two spots that I can see. Lightly used, relatively low mileage fork. Crown race not included.
Interested in trading for a regular 29er Fox 34, 36, or a Rockshox Pike.

Hayes Dominion A4 Caliper
$75 USDI have two used Hayes Dominion A4 Calipers, $75 each. Were rebuilt once previously by a mechanic at a shop. Selling separately because levers are leaking fluid. Hoses included as-is at no extra charge.
Also have a set of brand new brake pads I'd sell with these.

Thanks for linking to RC's article, very helpful. Would love an update to that that covers fork offset-we've all heard rumors that matching stem length to offset is possibly some magic number thing, but as RC points out the bar has a huge effect on that "effective stem length".

Bruni said in an interview that he would prefer it if WC tracks were completely closed off to riding except for race week, but that he can't afford not to ride them since other people are going to as well with them being semi-open to the public. This is up to the UCI and organizers to change with rules if they so choose, but at the moment it is fair game.

$950 USDIbis Ripley Carbon Frame, XL, black. Some scuffs and chips that are to my knowledge purely cosmetic, did my best to capture in photos. Fox Float DPS shock included, regularly serviced. Also have a Fox Stepcast 34 I'm selling separately that I'd bundle with this frame. Selling simply because it is too big. Includes a FSA headset (unless you don't want it) and ISCG mount bracket that attaches to the BB.
Interested in trading for a different downcountry-type frame (size Large Pivot 429 Trail or Trailcat, Transition Spur, Rocky Mountain Element, newer Trek Top Fuel). Would also trade for the right carbon wheelset for a 29er or my gravel bike.

Agreed. Our rating system lacks a lot of "resolution" compared to say rock climbing's Yosemite decimal system. I don't think it's good enough to just rate relative to the trail system; even within a good trail system there can be blues you could take a beginner on and blues where they'd have a bad time.
