@big-red: can confirm, I did the conversion to 137mm/160 front on my 130 and it's been the most capable and versatile rig I've ever had. If that's not a "sweet spot" set up I don't know what is - if your bike handling skills are honed and the build isn't super heavy that's a bike you can ride anywhere, anytime
