 Yeah MPEG4 is a good codec too, especially H.264 (a version of MPEG4). The video quality isn't bad (assuming you don't film in HD?) and it's in Widescreen (most people get it wrong and export in the older squarer format, even when their camera records in Widescreen). It's just the audio which is bad quality, but that's something seperate to MPEG4 when you export.
