 The trick I've found to smooth POD films is to have the camera fastened securely (obviously) but to make sure that it does not shake rattle or vibrate. I have a great mount on my helmet, unfortunately the helmet moves on my head a bit causing a great deal of shakiness. Ashtons ears must fill in his helm very well.

 u know ash's head is huge though right, like gargantuan huge! some of the "vomit cam" shots i can't even use, that's where he's got it mounted to the bike, lid is much nicer!thanks though.

 this is a bike park just south of town like 10 mins, gonna get a season's pass this spring, so i can practice for the mountains.
