Whats wrong with my wheel???

bearings are tight. spokes are tight. i just dont understand. ive NEVER had this happen. i took it to the bike shop and they didnt know either....

 its just your spokes shifting slightly

 to me it looks like the hub shell is whats moving. if your spokes are all evenly tensioned its not them. probably something internal maby a missing bearing. although it does sound like stress relieving spokes on a newly built wheel. good luck

 ive opened the hub. 2 sealed bearings. theres nothing wrong with the insides. it might be the spokes.

 i think its the spokes, my front wheel does the same, but only while its turning for a long time i thought i had a problem with my crank.

 a friend of mine had a problem like that... one 360 later we found out the axel was broken...

 sry... did;t see that... i hame female on my front hub too and don't have any problem. did u chech the nuts on the hub before putting it on the fork?they could be loose... or probably the bearings got something wrong. take the wheel of the bike and tighten the screws, then put it back on an tighten the female bolts a bit more than usual and maybe it will be ok. hope it works. good luck!
