when did you guys ride CBC because when i went up there on saturday(may 
they still had the signs on the road saying it was closed

Ok. They put up closed signs all winter because the city doesnt record any maintenance to the trail during that time. It is closed for liability reasons. You can still ride the trail but you must ensure that you do not damage the trail or yourself during that time. Dont want to lose any privelages to crown land. We rode this trail in March 2010. Nice weather.
