The Biggest Frontflip crash on pinkbike

This was my first ever frontflip attempt, where i live we have no access to a foam pit or anything else to practise tricks. so basically i tried a frontflip for the first time and ended up breaking my elbow, and cracking 2 ribs. FAV IT

 Thats brutal. And when you pause it around 5 seconds in, right after you let go of the bike, you can see arms and legs spreading to fly in near perfect symmetry.

 Yeah thats harsh. Should build a big step-up, would be near impossible to get a front flip on one for sure, but they are great for trying new tricks. Also if you can get you hand on some mulch, then just make a jump with a mulch landing, works so well.
