 The bushings are self lubricating anyways Edd, but we do not post that tip anywhere but I wouldn't scoff if anyone did that. And I'm Canadian so Adam always sounds like he is talking with marbles in his mouth but i heard WD too. If anything it would just remove crud that is attracted by someone taking the term grease to liberally.

We use a "smithering" of Park Poly lube the tolerances in the pedal are too tight so the excess grease would just be squished out on assembly anyways.

 Yeah, got you Greg. I personally use a very light smear of Stendec grease in my pedals, Just to inhibit moisture and create a nice seal. Its also makes the next service easier. Edd

 "BW-Media": its not the frame rate that makes the difference. its because he is getting a ghosting effect where there is a mesh of two fields of the frame. its hard to explain but if you pause the video at a high movement area you will see the effect. it happens in post production when the export settings aren't quiet right.

 No not just the frame rate, but it does play a big part in how smooth the footage is, and i dont thnik you can have a very high frmae rate on the D90. But the ghosting is also helped by the footage being interlaced, which merges the frames into each other.

 yeah good point. 50fps is def better than 25fps. and it also helps if you dont shoot in interlaced.

 It might not just been the fps though, shutter speed plays a big part when shooting video on DSLRs.

 yes but ghosting doesnt happen through low shutter speed... low shutter speed creates a blurd smudged effect when the camera is panning fast. interlaced exported onto a progressive 30 or 25p timeline creates the ghost effect.
