If you mean the second section of trail that starts about 30 seconds into the video it's part of the XC race circuit at Haldon. You need to follow the family cycle trail round until you find the entrance to it. You'll have just gone up the hill past the go ape enclosure and it'll be behind you heading off to the slightly to the right.
