How on earth did their shoulders hold out for 6 hours?!?!?!?! i realize i have dislocated and torn stuff in both of my shoulders but even if i hadn't i don't think my shoulders would be able to do that for 6 hours.

having done it twice and now doing it a 3rd this year id say its the most painfull thing ever but you want to go back my aim is to get more than 10 laps which is what i did last year
