hey bud, this should be tool you are looking for. best bet swing it down to your lbs they be able to explain things in detail for you. I cant tell in video if it is notched on out side of lock ring or inside but if it is a bmx hub than this is the tool. it also has wider open to get over the solid axel.

On the rear rear for singlespeed conversion you put spacers on one side then the cog then another spacer, like shown. then you screw the lockring on with compresses it all together to keep it tight and together. Your lockring is really loose, to tighten it properly though, you need the correct tool, it looks like this:http://www.fullcycles.com/images/park-frg-5gc-lock-ring-tool.jpg Just put it inside the lock ring and tighten it to 5 clicks with a crescent wrench. If you ever wanna take it off the same procedure but you need a chain whip.

I have one of those (I'm his Dad). The tool you linked to is for mtb, and an axle that runs a 9mm skewer (hence the pin). I have one for solid axles as well, but this is on his BMX cassette hub (Odyssey Hazzard). Anyone know what tool it will need? I don't have much experience with BMX. I'm pretty sure his lockring is too loose, or he needs a slightly wider spacer on the outside of his driver.
