Looks like a great bike, being a Quake rider I have always loved Marin, this looks like my future bike to me - Marin Bikes, never failed me yet

my mate cracked his quake in 4 places , i think there hoirrible bikes ride wise , might just be his set up but i definatley think this dh one looks more promising to me

bill, I race DH on a quake, have done for 3 years, and I have never had any problems, so your mate must have been ragging it to hell!!! possibly getting one of theese Quad DH's soon, so stoked!

well i believe you. the swing arm isnt 'too high' and i think its one of the best linkage designs out there

The performance of this linkage is awesome! You're not sitting too high or too low in the travel while riding. It makes the rear wheel track the terrain so nicely, giving you great small bump compliance while never bottoming out on square edge or hard impacts. Plus it pedals really well, so you get fast acceleration as soon as you push on the pedals (I ride an Elka shock who matches so well this linkage).
