Front wheel on the Banshee

Watch the RIM not the TIRE. You will notice the rim itself spins true, but the tire is slightly off. It's just the way the tube/tire is sitting on the rim.

 Blow it up past the PSI you normally run it will seat the tire properly, then just release to the PSI you want.

 You need to seat your tire properly. That's all.

 my front tire does that too but my wheel is perfectly true

 Same thing used to happen on other bikes I've owned. Just need to fool around with the tube and tire positions and it will get better. Sometimes it also makes the wheel look like it has a flat spot but most of the time I think it's because of the tube. Not really a big deal though
