 those forks are really easy to tune for a little better performance, wath you can do is pour some oil (W15 about 20ml) in side the lower legs by removing the two bolts down the fork also you can check if your lowers bent when you tigth the hub if they bent simply add little spacer or somethin to the axle so the lowers will not bend and if you want you can find a store that makes springs and do softer ones. Cheers!
