A day at cwmcarn, it was quite wet but oh well. 720p 60fps, filmed on gopro HD hero

yea i know, on the first run I did a tweek over one of the table tops near the end and didn't get the whell back in time and yea, went over the bars and then my bike landed on me and it hurt a lot and i cut my knee under my pads so it did hurt to pedal... I know pretty shite excuse but there it is

yeh, i didn't mean it looked painful, i meant it hurt to watch it cos it was a bit slow.........

can you even get arm pump from going that slow ?

I don't now if it was arm pump but my arms and fingers were just becoming seriously stiff. and it looks slow cuz its filmed at 60fps which is more then twice what we normally see!
