im no expert but i jst practiced them loads when i went to glentress and what ur ment to do is turn up a little bit of the take off then pull up the nose abit then get the back end out then push the nose down and try and get it back in abit but aslong as the front wheel comes down first the back will follow

to get a good whip out, what you 1st need to do if pick your best side for whipping, once thats sorted its time to start trying, take a jump normally but lift the front end up more, then turn your bars to the side and allow you shoulders to follow, then you hips and legs will follow, once you get this sorted start extending your legs out for the full side on effect. and to get them back in just turn your bars and shoulders straight and your hips and legs will follow.

yea when i go up, i pull up and to the left, like youre making a left turn in the air. then kind of lean over to the left and kick your left leg and push the back end of the bike forward, then i lean over the to the right to start to straighten it out again.

the easiest way to whip is to turn off the lip of the jump then lean your bike to the side. its quite hard to explain. go on youtube and check out people on motocrossers whip thats how i learnt. to get them back in turn the other way and twist your hips.

what i do generally is turn the bars to the way i want to wip so in your case it looks like your trying to wip the back end to your right so you would want to turn you bars to the right as you are doing this pull up on the bars and try to look at you tire when you are pulling up as you get better turn you bar more and more until you cant any more at this point your bike will be totality turned side ways
