sorry to be a newbie, but i notice in alot of vids that sound coming from the rear hub. do the better hubs make this noise? how does that work?

ok im not sure how it works lol but its preference but most people like loader and hope is one of the loudest=]

Better hubs usually sound louder because they have more points of engagement in the freewheel than cheaper hubs do. Basically It's all to do with the amount of ratchets and pawls.
