Really nice video, i went there to find some downhill tracks but i only found that last final bit (last 30 seconds of the video). It looks quite fast is it any good?

Thanks buddy. Did you use the uplift service (flyupdownhill.co.uk)? If so you'd find the top sections, the uplift drops you at the fireroad, you ride along the fireroad and then you'll recognise the trails we rode off to the right. It's good there!

I didnt even realise they had an uplift service, well ill have to investigate this a little more! Is there more than one downhill route available by the way?

Yeah, there's about 3 or 4 different trails that you an link up, one's off left, one's straight on, one's off right (as per this vid), then there are different trails from there on down. It's a great place, love Forest of Dean, well worth going! Just don't go when it's wet, not fun!
