Posting a video of you poaching a CLOSED trail. Good job! You are officially an idiot! I guess the trail closed sign applies to everyone but you!!!

I think that the trail closed SIGN is enough of a reason.
But if you truly must know, the trail is closed during the snow/wet season to prevent excessive damage of the trail and to allow the trail builders to work on the trail safely and without having to worry about riders coming down the trail. It's a trail that gets ridden excessively during the summer days and it requires a lot of maintenance during the winter to get it ready for the next season.
If you had truly asked the parks board about the trail closed sign you would've known the reason why it was closed and you would not have gone down the trail. It's called trail etiquette and you clearly have no concept or clue what it means since you decided to go down the trail anyways.

Are you for real? I dig and help maintain at all the North Van dirt jumps I help build and maintain local trails part of the nsmba and also have a heavily used trail on Fromme that im also rebuilding. You are a trail builder and you think Poaching closed trails and posting them is a good idea I think you should lay off smoking the bhudda because its really affecting your judgement. The ground is frozen so its ok, I can ride the trail and show a perfect example to all the kids on here that riding closed trails is fine regardless the weather. Closed is closed that is it. I have serious respect for James Healey he contributes a lot of his time to the community the nsmba and the trails and you also disrespect him because he called you out, lame.......
