This was a fast edit, it took me about 3hours I assume! Maybe a little more!
I too use I-movie so the program you have it the same!
My camera is super simple too, just a gopro!

my edit from yesterday,(monkey Juice) took about 4hours as I added lots of little clips!
ahhah all for a 2 minute movie! hahaahaha
It all good I usually do my editing after work and on my lunch break so, Im using my creative mind and not just dazing at the T.V.!

 I like that brother! A very good explanation! I alway try to just ride and have fun. When at home and I start editing I let the cuts and music flow, ideas start popping out at me! I thought very much about keeping this silent but I added some mellow flow! ridEOn!

 It looks as if the camera is moving up and down while sitting on the ground and filming you riding by. How do you do that?

 If you notice I have used this in a lot of my most recent videos! I can crop each clip to size in my editing software zooming in or out. Then I can overlap 2 crops a start and a beginning crop. By placing them on opposite directions its moves from the beginning to the end of the clip, I can also go from zoom out to zoom in or zoom in to out. In this video I alternated between up and down. With the clips of me riding into the camera I started on the top cropping the clip down. With the clips of me riding away from the camera I started from the bottom and cropped the clip up! It gives a cool effect! watch my video from yesterday again with hiro and you will also see it to with a zoom in and out! It will only make sense if your editing program has this cropping feature! The Mac comes with it so I just needed to play with it and learn how to use it! Please ask my more man! ridEOn!
