There the worst sort of crashes, you know shits gunna go down well before you actually come off.

Yeah, i totally agree!
Yesterday i was going quite fast down a trail and i went down a drop and i was coming towards another 1 and a dog ran out in front of me and then i tried to doge it and then my foot slipped of the pedal and i lost control down the last drop and i was trying to re-gain control but i knew i was going to crash bad. I went over the handle bars went head first into a tree then landed on my chest. I have now got 3 cracked ribs
It was pretty similar to this crash but with tree's all around me and i didn't jump i was going down some drops.
