2008 Totem solo air. serviced it for the first time(effectively new, has 10 rides). put it back together and has a nice click to it now

 Slow the rebound or add a heaver oil as the click is mostly coming from the top out spring! you have too much air for rebound so just try slowing it down! RidEOn!

 it still does it all the way through the rebound unless its nearly maxed but then rebounds too slow to ride.

 problem fixed, had one of the rubber bumpers upside down.
