One of my first attempts at Backflip
Have a bit problems to get the rotation going, pulling as hard has I can but it seems like I'm doing something wrong.

I think you lose most of your rotation when you`re pulling your upper body against the bar.

I do, but I think I have to jump with the body and get myself into the rotation and get the bike to follow instead of wasting all the momentum into trying to force the bike around. When I leave the lip I don't have much momentum left and I can move my head all the way to the rear wheel and it want make a difference cause most of the momentum has been transfered into the rear wheel and the shock.
