im not sure but does your mate have the HD 720 because mines the HD 119, im not sure if it makes a difference but i cant find anywhere how to change the frame rate?

its a "DRIFT extreme HD" this is filming in 720p so its not the best quality but when you film in 1080p it starts to lag when playing, cant keep my head still though!

A mate of mine's got the same camera, but his footage is excellent quality on 720, doesn't have that strange sort of stuttery, slow effect in your vids, but perhaps it's something to do with frame rate.Have you set your software to 30fps or 25fps? I think you'll need to use 30fps as I'm sure it's missing out frames here and there in the replay that makes it look jumpy and stuff...
