Trying to not knock it before I try it this weekend, but sharing a course with Cat III along with what appears to be quite a bit of Pedaling and an uphill section I can't say I am that excited.

There is only a short pedal section (like 100ft) and there is really no uphill. I guess there is right before the bottom, but if you carry your speed it doesn't occur as one. Bottom line is you could ride the course chainless as be fine.

We try to create variety throughout the year and there is only so much we can do.

Variety is more than what most places can provide actually. I appreciate the feedback and I am glad to hear it.... POV video is always tricky!
My second race with you all this year and I was super impressed with the previous one.

Any practice times posted yet?

Yes they are. We used this set last year and people seemed to like it because they can compare times and see where they are as far as upgrading. It's one of me fav trails up here.
