Dirt Jump Fail

Early morning dirt jump session resulted in a broken troy lee helmet, a fractured radius and other sore body parts...makes great viewing though!

Not good then Rich. Looks like me n you are going to miss the summer then. I started Physio on thursday and got some good results. I can start riding the excersise bike so at least I can build myself back up.
On the other hand Its looking like I maybe havin a op on my left hand. having problems with my Ulva nerve which has caused my little finger to go numb and loose power in my grip.

I don't think it's too bad to be honest, it took 3 doctors to even determine there was a fracture at all it was so small. I have got quite a bit of movement in it already, and other than a tight feeling it's mainly trying to twist the forearm that's painful. Fecking dirt jumps, should have just gone to x

Ouch, looked nasty! I did exactly the same on the very last jump and broke my wrist, get my pot off on thursday though

I'm not back at the fracture clinic until weds afternoon so i will know the plan the, got the arm strapped up atm with lots of pain killers!

It's my own fault for trying too much when I'm out on my own mate, I've not ridden dirt jumps in years but i got it into my head and this was the result! Ah well

I fractured the radius near the elbow mate, it didn't look bad on the x-ray so i will just have to wait and see what they say on Wednesday at the fracture clinic.

Nope, no plaster just a sling. It's a tiny fracture so i will just see what the outcome is on Weds..
